I blogged about an old doctors case I'd bought
that contained old letters and
cards from the 40's

at the time I posted onto a few
genealogy sites
in the hope that someone would come
forward to claim these paper gems
I kept them safely
had nearly forgotten about them
then out of the blue
a message on my blog from Susan
a family member
with news that Olive is alive and well
the case had belonged to Olive's Father
who was a vet
today I have sent all the papers
and letters to Susan to pass on
a little piece of family history
