Autumn is here and it's season change.
Chopping chunky root vegetables and choosing herbs.
Marjoram, bay leaf ~ a pinch of thyme and a sprinkle of sage.
A scant drizzle of mushroom ketchup for depth.
Heart gladdening cauldron of soup, bubbling on my hob.
All it needs is salt & pepper, a swirl of cream and doorstep thick bread.
Soup, souper tasty soup!
